Harvest date: October after a over natural maturation of the grape
Vinification: the classic white vinification starts with soft pressure of grapes and then most is separated from the skin. After one day start the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C in steel .After many decanting and filtration, wine is matured in steel tank until bottle date.

Smell: elegant bouquet with note rape fruits
Taste: soft with full bodies and structured
